Pet Therapy
At Anne Maree Court we believe some of the best therapy you can get is from our furry friends! With the help of our volunteers bringing in their beloved pets, our residents enjoy the comfort and relaxation of sitting back and petting the dogs. Pet therapy has been shown to decrease stress, blood pressure and loneliness as well as increase social stimulation, memory and confidence. Pet therapy takes place at Anne Maree Court every two months. In addition to pet therapy, we have two cats Oscar and Put-Put, and our puppy, Alfie the cavoodle!

Xmas Lights December 2020
One of the most exciting parts of Christmas is seeing the beautiful twinkling lights hanging from houses, gardens and cities. Last year, we thought, why not put on a show right here at Anne Maree Court!? This year we added to our collection of lights, decorations, trinkets and trees and put on a two night Christmas extravaganza. We had a beautiful tree and decked out our whole facility so that it was glowing with Christmas lights and festive feelings! Live music and Christmas treats were enjoyed by residents, families, staff and community members who came to see our amazing display and get into the Christmas spirit!

Bring on summer barbeque!
Embracing the sunshine and tucking into some food is always a recipe for a good time! On a particularly sunny day our staff and residents enjoyed a lovely lawn BBQ. We set up a marquee outside and treated ourselves to delicious BBQ food, music and ice cream cones. There was mini golf for everyone to have a break from eating and get active as well! It was lovely for everybody to get together, spend time outside and celebrate the beginning of summer and socialising.
