Anne Maree Gardens Avondale Auckland

Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland City is a beautiful villa style building which houses our Avondale facility.

Anne Maree Gardens sit on a 2-acre piece of prime land, overlooking the estuary. The layout and setting of Anne Maree Gardens provide an ideal environment for our residents. Residents and their visiting families are able to enjoy the open space and the gardens, whilst taking in the views of the estuary.

We just opened a brand new wing here in Avondale and currently have 79 beds on site at Anne Maree Gardens.

We have single private rooms and twin share rooms, most of our rooms come with ensuites. All rooms are equipped with nurse call bells for emergencies. Our rooms offer different views, i.e. Estuary views, Garden View, Terrace View, and Court View.

Rooms are offered on a first come first serve basis.

Here at Anne Maree Gardens, we believe that “Home is where the heart is”.

When planning our décor and furnishings we have made a house our home which bring warmth during the winter months but life and energy in the summer months.

This creates a homely environment where residents are able to be comfortable and call this place their own.
